Quick and healthy recipes for a multi-tasking person

Cooking by microwave predominates most of the recipes in my site. As this is a perfectly healthy and faster way of cooking, most needed for a working working mother. However, you can replace microwaving with slow boiling adding a little bit of water in a thick pan with the lid on. This may take a while longer, but you would still get the same taste.
You can use the traditional mortar and pestle in lieu of a mini- chopper.
